TravelProofs - Travel Planner is provided by TravelProofs Ltd for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to use the App and Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country (at least 16 years in most places).

By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

If you create an account or log in with a third-party service, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

The current version of the App does not offer in-app purchases, paid subscriptions, or other paid features.

If this changes in the future, we will clearly explain the price, terms, and refund rules before you pay.

All text, design, and other materials in the App and Website (excluding your own content) belong to TravelProofs Ltd or our licensors.

You do not gain any ownership rights by using the App or Website.

If you share content or information through the App, you are responsible for making sure it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it breaks the law or these terms.

The App and Website may use third-party services (for example, sign-in, analytics, or maps). Their own terms and privacy policies apply in addition to these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App or Website.
